Charli Howard

Although I am heavily illustrative, my painting passion started in 2008 with past exhibitions from Liverpool to Las Vegas.

Specialising in portraits of those which greatly inspire me.  I like to paint wonder women;  women that are strong, adventurous, flirty, sensual, emotional, fashionable, independent, liberated, and confident.

My new found love of the pouring process has recently been incorporated into my works and brought me to my latest series, ‘The Water Ladies’.

The past few years have brought us all so many emotions, from fear and anxiety, to hopelessness. I wanted my art to be a counteraction and bring a sense of calmness and tranquility to all the chaos. The hypnotic, pacifying effect of the cells in the painting adds to the placid peacefulness, helping us to reflect and bring stability to one’s self.

Currently creating from my home in East London, England. Represented by Cluster London.
